Posibilidades Infinitas
Family Support Group
The Posibilidades Infinitas Family Support Group program is designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for Latino families with children on the autism spectrum. In this support group, parents, grandparents, and other family members can share their experiences, exchange resources, and build a strong support network. We focus on providing practical tools, emotional support, and culturally relevant guidance to help families navigate the challenges of autism.
Additionally, we offer both virtual and in-person sessions, facilitated by professionals and experienced parents, to ensure that every family feels understood, supported, and empowered to advocate for their children's well-being. At Posibilidades Infinitas, we believe that together we can overcome any obstacle, and this support group is a fundamental pillar in that mission.
Family Support Partner
(Coach)
The Family Support Partner (Coach) program at Posibilidades Infinitas is designed to empower families of children and youth on the autism spectrum, helping them become effective advocates for their loved ones. This program offers personalized guidance so that families can access the most appropriate educational services and supports for their children. Through a comprehensive and culturally relevant approach, the program guides families in identifying and utilizing resources tailored to their specific needs.
Additionally, it focuses on understanding and navigating the educational system, ensuring that every child and youth on the spectrum receives the support needed to thrive in their school environment. By providing key knowledge about educational rights and services, the Family Support Partner (Coach) program aims to empower families, building a community of informed and assertive advocates who can positively influence their children's educational and life pathways.

Creciendo Juntos:
Early Autism Support Program
Creciendo Juntos is an intensive, in-person program designed to empower Spanish-speaking families with children on the autism spectrum, ages 0 to 8. The program responds to the urgent need for culturally and linguistically relevant resources for Latino communities in Philadelphia who face significant barriers in accessing specialized services.
Through fully Spanish-language and interactive workshops, families gain practical strategies, sensory activities, and educational tools to support their children's holistic development, strengthen parent-child connections, and navigate the complex educational system. Each cohort participates in three immersive sessions covering essential topics such as understanding the autism diagnosis, building effective routines, accessing therapies, supporting language development, and educational planning.
Beyond structured learning, the program fosters a strong community support network, encouraging caregiver engagement and creating spaces where families feel heard, informed, and uplifted. Creciendo Juntos offers more than knowledge—it brings hope, inclusion, and a clear path toward a more accessible and equitable future.
Lead support is provided by the William Penn Foundation.
