Community Health Fair: Autism and Wellness – A Success for the Latinx Community

Today, Saturday, October 19, Posibilidades Infinitas, in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Consulates of Mexico, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic in Philadelphia, held the Community Health Fair: Autism and Wellness. This event, designed to provide free medical resources and services, had a special focus on autism, supporting Latinx families in our community.🤝💙

Throughout the day, we hosted educational talks, information booths, and a family panel where participants shared their personal experiences. These activities not only provided valuable information but also created a safe space for families to learn and connect with others facing similar challenges. 💬✨

Las familias hispanas pudieron aprender sobre los servicios de apoyo, la importancia del diagnóstico temprano y cómo acceder a recursos médicos especializados en su idioma. Fue un espacio para conectar, aprender y recibir el apoyo necesario para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias que conviven con el autismo. ♾️✨

Posibilidades Infinitas continues its mission of raising awareness, offering support, and promoting wellness among Hispanic families living with autism. We thank all participants, community agencies, and our partners for making this event a success. 🙌💙💚❤️
